Greetings, and thank you for your dedication. You have some great ideas here, though I would humbly suggest starting simple: move the Bellevue Line to the top priority. It would be the easiest to implement, most used from the start, and prove its worth the quickest; considering the population diversity among fellow Veterans in this area, having witnessed first-hand the effectiveness of commuter rails, I'm certain of my conclusion. The rest will follow-suit once they realize how ridiculous it is to continue to commute in their own "prized" vehicles, and how much independence they'll actually retain by liberating themselves from the bonds of the oil companies. Perhaps, and I'm getting personal here, the next step would be to delay the Dodge street line and refocus access eastward into Iowa and out to IWCC, for attendance there is certain to increase even more with the expansion of the exceptional curriculum, namely Sustainable Energy and Medical-related. I realize this is out of the blue, but it's truly time to get this thing going, and if we can just get a few more minds considering it, perhaps we'll manage success before it's too late. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Jason Miller
